Joe Roberts
CEO + Co-Founder
Jonny Tucker
President + Co-Founder
From his simple Texan upbringing, Joe spent his childhood playing soccer, listening to Fleetwood Mac, & taking road trips with his family. As he grew older he began working in fashion for the early Abercrombie + Fitch days (cue strong A+F aroma). However, he was quickly taken to Ralph Lauren for a recruiting role in NYC, then to Guess, and then to some of his most iconic days at James Perse, Helmut Lang, and Theory. His career flourished as he made meaningful connections with industry leaders and helped to build some of fashion’s most successful brands.
With his life pillars being Faith & Family, Joe places a high value in being with his beautiful wife and 2 toddlers. He has a passion for relationships, business, and adding meaning to every scenario he is placed in. Along with his longtime friend Jonny, the two have embarked on multiple thriving business ventures and are excited to continue helping their teams grow!
When first meeting Jonny, you would imagine he was a Californian native from his LA-savvy confidence and connection. However, Jonny was actually raised in Upper Michigan (The U.P.), and transplanted to California immediately after graduating! Jonny has over a decade and a half of experience in retail management where he was equipped with all the tools to co-found the top solutions for retail managers. Jonny strategizes business development and brand partnerships and believes in the power of listening to others stories' and connecting on a personal level. His relationship-building skills have attributed to his multiple career victories with some of fashion's top brands. While not working, Jonny can be found spending time with his beautiful wife & coaching his four kid's sports teams.
Morgan Lawrence
Social Media Coordinator
As a recent Public Relations grad, Morgan has both in-house and agency experience working in fashion and media spaces. She worked in Editorial for a bi-coastal fashion agency where she gained knowledge in VIP relations, media placement, and influencer marketing. Morgan was then hired on to help produce large-scale pop up events for a female entrepreneurial brand that traveled all over the US hosting sold out conferences. She has also held a position as a Bridal Stylist in San Diego where she gained hands-on retail experience. Aside from writing & design, she has a passion for connecting brands to their audiences in memorable ways and loves to do that for TOF!
Hope Hollinrake
Operations Coordinator
While traveling to California from Washington for school, Hope discovered a love for fashion & retail. She held various retail positions during college which helped shape her for future roles. She gained insider knowledge during this time on brand values, the retail industry and more. She also worked in the event planning space which has given her organizational, attention to detail and problem solving skills. These positions prepared her well for her work at Talent of Fashion. She has a Communication Studies degree from Azusa Pacific University and loves helping Talent of Fashion in all their outreach efforts, brand relationships, and business development. She is excited to continue working along side Talent of Fashion.

Chelsea Parrott
Head of Recruitment
Chelsea Parrott has held various retail management titles over the last 10 years. Her knack for leading teams to success through development and striving for customer satisfaction has allowed her to grow quickly in the retail world. Her large network in retail led her to Joe Roberts and Jonny Tucker. Together they were able to hone in on Chelsea’s strong customer service and recruitment passion, and ultimately brought her onto the TOF team where she now oversees recruitment and brand development.
Nastassia Franklin
Recruitment Manager
With over a decade in retail management, working with brands ranging from contemporary to international luxury, Nastassia has built a reputation as a results driven leader. She has consistently developed high performing teams and has been successful in sourcing top talent throughout her career. Her experience building strong client relationships, and her passion for connecting brands to the right talent, led her to Talent of Fashion, where she is now a Recruitment Manager. She works with talent and companies throughout the country.
Justin Watson
Tech Operations Intern
Justin is an East Bay Area native that spent his days growing up running around with his neighborhood friends and playing baseball games on the weekend. He loves going to the beach to surf and producing music in his free time. Currently pursuing his degree in Computer Science at Azusa Pacific University, Justin is excited to be a part of the Talent of Fashion team. He has always loved working with people and technology, as well as seeing how powerful the two can be when matched together. Justin aims to create the best user experience possible as he seeks to find creative solutions that will allow talent to connect and unveil their skills and potential to top brands in the industry.
