How do you motivate your team?
I have found the best way to motivate and develop a team is to start by getting to know them. What are their selling styles, career interests, strengths and weaknesses? Passion is important in any role, so knowing what motivates them is key. Is it surpassing sales goals, taking on new responsibilities or even a big commission check! This knowledge can help set targets to push them that they can enjoy achieving.
